The structure was the result of consensus reached between the working group and technical team, fundamentally in search of succinctness in reports on obsolete technologies. The structure was applied by avalia-t, by way of a pilot scheme, to a first obsolete health technology report entitled, “Radiography of the cranium in the diagnosis of cranial or cranioencephalic traumatisms”. Subsequently, both Osteba and avalia-t applied the same structure to other similar reports.
